 Caraway is a bi-annual herb, Its seed smells like Anise, this seed is used as a whole for flavouring of foods, deserts and liquors.Caraway Oil is extracted by the method of Steam distillation of dried crushed seeds and fruits. The oil of caraway is also extracted by the method of CO2 extraction. The yield however is between 3 to 7%.Caraway Oil is colourless to pale yellow liquid, the constituents of oil are Alpha Pinene, Bita Pinene, Sabinene, Limonene, Carvone.

Caraway Oil is proven expectorant. it helps to calm cough, cure bronchitis, and even bronchial asthma. Caraway Oil is very effective in curing sore throats and laryngitis.
